This project was related to a local restaurant in Ticino.
The idea consists of a comprehensive plan to add an additional revenue stream (with a potential wide market of customers) to a local business by providing a dedicated marketplace.
Symposium Club is a private marketplace where many independent food producers can sell their top-quality products in a private space: the private marketplace allows the producers to offer special conditions to selected customers, without changing their price policies on the official sales channels.
Customers who want to access niche products of high-quality, often available in limited quantity and remote places, thanks to Symposium Club can easily find and buy these exceptional products. To access the Club the customer needs to buy a subscription, available in various tiers.
